When is the turn over of the House?
* Your Dream Home's turn over is after 15 months. The buyer shall receive a letter from the developer to inspect the house and will be given 2 months for inspection. Then after the inspection, the buyer will make a letter indicating that the unit has no damage and to be submitted to the developer.
Can I make house improvements?
* Yes, the buyer is allowed to make improvements to their house. The buyer will submit the Plan to the Engineering department of the developer to be approve. After the approval, the buyer will have to deposit for the Construction Bond (10,500 for Townhouses and 25,000 for Single Attached Houses) if ever there will be damages such as Meralco's electrical wiring and Maynilad's water pipes, your neighbors property and roads. If there's no damage happened, the Construction Bond will be refunded (10,000 for Townhouse and 24,000 for Single Attached Houses).
Is there Hidden Charges or Move-in Charges?

* Arrange a site tripping upon your availability to us (this is free).
* When onsite, choose the final house model that is available in the common inventory list.
* Decide on the financing (Bank or In-House Financing).
* Make your reservation: 10K and below for Townhouses and 20K for the Single Houses.
* Provide the documents required within 60 days.
* Make your 1st Downpayment on the 30th day after your reservation.

When is the turn over of the House?
* Your Dream Home's turn over is after 15 months. The buyer shall receive a letter from the developer to inspect the house and will be given 2 months for inspection. Then after the inspection, the buyer will make a letter indicating that the unit has no damage and to be submitted to the developer.
Can I make house improvements?
* Yes, the buyer is allowed to make improvements to their house. The buyer will submit the Plan to the Engineering department of the developer to be approve. After the approval, the buyer will have to deposit for the Construction Bond (10,500 for Townhouses and 25,000 for Single Attached Houses) if ever there will be damages such as Meralco's electrical wiring and Maynilad's water pipes, your neighbors property and roads. If there's no damage happened, the Construction Bond will be refunded (10,000 for Townhouse and 24,000 for Single Attached Houses).
Is there Hidden Charges or Move-in Charges?
* Absolutely there's no hidden charges and move-in charges. What you see in our actual computation is all that you'll gonna pay. MRI and FIRE insurances are included in your monthly amortization.
Are Foreigners/Dual Citizenship allowede to purchase a House?
* Foreigners are not allowed to buy a property in the Philippines, they can still purchase a property if they have a fiancee, Husband/Wife and a friend who is a Filipino Citizen.
